Our popular shows have been running since 2012. If you sell good quality mid-century & vintage furniture, lighting, artwork, ceramics, glass or super cool stuff that fits with our show look & style, we would love to hear from you!
We want to continue to be the go-to place for people to find the best selection of independent traders in mid-century & vintage in the UK.
We advise booking in advance as our shows are popular. They get booked up quickly!

BOOK YOUR STALL

Find the event you wish to book and click 'BOOK A TRADER SPACE' , you will be redirected to a third party booking site where all stall availability will be shown for that date & venue. If you are new to our shows get in touch before booking - we can discuss the best space for you and check your stock fits with our shows.

What are your opening times?Early Bird entry from is 10:30am (for those who are keen). Standard Entry is from 11am onwards. The show finishes at 3:30pm

How do I get a ticket?You can buy your ticket in advance here or buy one the day at the door. Children under 16 are FREE.

What is a timed ticket?We operate a timed ticket entry as ours shows get busy. This way we can manage the numbers of visitors in the building to keep your visit a pleasure and allow you to see everything. Simply arrive anytime within your allocated hour and stay as long as you wish. Timed ticket holders are let in before those purchasing tickets on the day.

Do traders take card or cash?Most traders take card payment but we advise you bring some cash too. There are cash machines just up the road from all of our events if you need one. Ask our door staff for directions.

Are dogs Welcome?Guide dogs of course at all our venues. Our Primrose Hill venue also welcomes dogs.

Booking T's & C's
PLEASE READ our Booking Terms & Conditions before you apply for a space. This event is managed and promoted by Ginger Biscuit Events.
Booking & Set Up

To apply for your stand, you must fit our trader profile and complete the automated booking form with payment in order to be allocated a space at the show. You agree to be bound by our terms and conditions when booking any of our shows.
1. If we feel you don’t fit our trader profile at the booking stage you will be contacted and a refund will be issued back to you. Reasons may be selling the wrong kind of items (check the clear description of what we look for at the show including dateline and genre of vintage accepted)
2. If you cancelled for any reason, the fee is non-refundable or transferable under any circumstance.
3. If Ginger Biscuit Events cancel the event, your booking will automatically be moved to the next show at the venue location.
4. A booking made by the person or company listed on the booking form cannot be shared or transferred to a 3rd party for any reason and cannot be transferred to another event date either.
Terms & Conditions
1. The Stall Holder shall have access for setting up 2 hours before the event starts on the day of the event.
2. If you have not arrived 30 minutes before the public opening of the show, we reserve the right to cancel your space without refund.
3. An electricity point must be requested in advance and any electrical equipment being used must be PAT tested before plugging into venue sockets.
4. The organisers, Ginger Biscuit Events will bear no liability whatsoever for safety of persons, stock, money or possessions while travelling to, from or during the event. Stall Holders are required to take out their own relevant insurance and will be asked to provide a copy.
5. The positioning of traders at the event is at the absolute discretion of the organisers - there is no guarantee you will get the same pitch
6. In the interest of Health and Safety stalls should be manned at all times whilst the event is open and should not be dismantled until closing time or by express permission off the organisers.
7. As this is a vintage event with a dateline 1940 - 1990, all goods for sale or services promoted must be vintage to the dateline or created using vintage articles. No new goods, painted furniture, clothes, jewelry, or other fashion accessories are permitted, and food is not permitted for sale.
8. Further show specific set-up information will be emailed on the Wednesday before the event. If you have any further queries, please email before completing an application form.
9. We often take photographs at the Vintage Home Show for use in marketing and social media. By attending an event, you are giving us permission to use images/video in which you may be present, these images/footage maybe stored and shared. Should you not wish to appear in any images/footage please let us know.
10. We reserve the right to amend and update these terms and condition from time to time to reflect any changes.
